I visited this clinic after injuring my foot in the ocean, and the care I received was exceptional. The doctors and nurses were incredibly helpful and attentive. Because my foot was immobilized, they kindly arranged transport back to my hotel—a service I was extremely grateful for. To top it off, they followed up via WhatsApp the next day to ensure I was comfortable and recovering well. 10/10—I highly recommend this clinic!

Great service. Doctors and nurses have great English. Was seen immediately. My mum was able to get blood pressure tablets that she needed.

Had a scooter injury and cut my leg up pretty bad. They had loads of staff so it wasn’t a long wait, cleaned it, patched me up so I could carry on drinking Bintang. Would happily be injured again here.

We came here after a scooter accident involving a car. Thankfully, the injuries were minor, but we still wanted to get everything properly checked.

The doctor took the situation seriously and carefully examined us to make sure nothing was broken, which immediately gave us peace of mind. The staff and doctor were incredibly kind, professional, and spoke excellent English, so communication was easy and reassuring throughout.

They cleaned the wound thoroughly and explained everything clearly step by step. They also offered pain relief, but we personally didn’t feel it was necessary. What we really appreciated was their honest and calm approach, no unnecessary treatments, just exactly what was needed.

Overall, we felt genuinely well cared for. The service was efficient, trustworthy, and very comforting during a stressful moment. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone in need of medical care.

Lembongan medical clinic. I needed Dr to come to my hotel for what was diagnosed as acute gastro. Very quick response, eased my pain and symptoms with iv. Professional and friendly service from both Dr's ( I don't remember name, but think one Dr Juniark). Follow up medication explained and given. Test results sent within 1 hour of leaving. All insurance information given. They saved me from a terrible night that could have gone on for much longer. I highly recommend 🙏

My husband injured his toe and leg, and we weren't sure what to do. Being from the USA, we weren't sure what the quality/cost of medical care on Nusa Lembongan would be. We came here to see about proper wound care, and wow were we impressed! From the moment we walked in the door, we were greeted with kindness and given thorough attention. We were seen right away and received amazing care from the doctor and nurses. They were funny, compassionate, and personable. My husband was cleaned up nicely, and we purchased the proper bandages from them that the pharmacy didn't have. The cost was affordable out of pocket - so refreshing to be able to walk in to a health clinic and not be scammed and overcharged like in the states. Highly recommend coming here for any medical needs!!! Thank you again to the team 🙏
